The Museum is open to the public for tours: Thursday through Saturday from 1 to 4 pm Special tours can be arranged by calling 775-463-6576. Local organizations and family and school reunion groups are always welcome. Student groups are encouraged to visit the Museum. Teachers can arrange with Museum volunteers for special tours and demonstrations. Museum Board meetings are held the third Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. A General Membership meeting is held the third Monday in October. Visitors to the Museum may use the reference books, notebooks, photo albums, yearbooks, recordings, and other historical resources of the Reading Center. Special exhibits at the Museum include works of art in our Gallery and temporary displays from local collectors. |
